Elderberry Syrup Kit

Elderberry has a long history dating back 2500 years.

It was used prior to antibiotics.

You can also use the elderflower.

Many benefits of the Elder plant is said to include:

• Acts as an antioxidant and has immune enhancing properties.
• Anti inflammatory
• Has vitamin c and d

People in many studies showed that when using elderberry they were sick for less time, and had more mild symptoms.

While it is safe for most, people with crohns and/or colitis should probably avoid it.
